A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your job date.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if the booking date is changed with at least 7 days’ notice.
If materials are required for the job, the full cost of materials must be paid upfront before work begins
Materials remain the property of Next Level Property Solutions until payment has been received.
Final payment for labour and services is due immediately upon completion of the job.
We accept bank transfer, cash, or card (subject to availability).
Failure to make payment may result in legal action and recovery of additional costs.
Jobs cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or supplier delays).
We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues outside the scope of the agreed work.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property.
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products supplied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
