Next Level Property Solutions

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your job date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if the booking date is changed with at least 7 days’ notice.

2. Materials

  • If materials are required for the job, the full cost of materials must be paid upfront before work begins

  • Materials remain the property of Next Level Property Solutions until payment has been received.

3. Payments

  • Final payment for labour and services is due immediately upon completion of the job.

  • We accept bank transfer, cash, or card (subject to availability).

  • Failure to make payment may result in legal action and recovery of additional costs.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Jobs cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or supplier delays).

5. Liability

  • We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues outside the scope of the agreed work.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property.

6. Warranty

  • Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products supplied.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
